Relic +1 will be upgrated to relic +2,+3 in future?

is the same as ifrit,garuda and titan hard mode.. it drops after you defeat and need roll with others players in party... but there is the real question... each primal drops lv 90 weapons? lol because titan is more harder than ifrit so there is no point to make lv 90 ifrit weapons and lv 90 titan weapons

i doubt after beating each Extreme primal u'll get a lvl90 weapon, it would make getting relic no sense lol
