For the Winsome....umm, help?

I'm on the For the Winsome quest. I must've fought over 15 FATEs in the Three-malm area, where the quest tells me to go, and still nothing. I'm suppose to give this guy proof I've actually been and fought there but it's not giving me any evidence to prove I've done so. I've been trying for almost 2 days now, can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?! Is my game glitched or messed up somehow? This is getting really frustrating....

1) It has to be one of two very specific FATEs, not just any FATE in the specified zone.
2) The FATEs in question only seem to have about a 50% chance to spawn Lightning in order to fulfill the quest requirements.

Hopefully someone else can fill you in on which FATEs, 'cause I don't remember.

At least this way you have a visual of what to expect...

Note, that this was made on release so there were a hell of a lot more people doing these quests... now-a-days it seems that the crowds are either small or non-existent (at least on Diabolos they are). So partying up will ensure that you don't run out of time for the correct fate.

I'm not sure but I thought it said level 17 quest when I left for work. So I had to abondon it for now

Im having the same issue I done both fates and no evidence item from either fate it passing me off

It shows a green tick next to the quest item but I have not completed the quest

But you accepted the quest right? Its in the low lands between swift perch and the zephyr gate where the meglacrabs are. There'll probably be a group hanging out. They clocked back level to 11 if I remember right.

Yes and abandoned it the restarted it but still no package

Did Lightning show up? As posted above, she only shows up for either of those two fates half the time. You'll get a bunch of dialog from her if she's there (in case she doesn't show up on your screen). You only get the packages if Lightning is there.
