SE i have a great idea . Can you Please do maintenance for NA and JP the same day. I say this because im a hard working guy i work nights i get home around 1 or 2 or 4am CDT and every night i have time to enjoy ARR there is a maintenance . Every other day or every 2 days there seems to be one. I guess i would not care as much if you told us WHAT it is your doing. I know the patch 2.1 ( or 1/2 of it ) is next . But i bet anyone 2 days from now there will be another maintenance .

Why should they? Is the centre of the world not able to do something other while that time? Sleeping, playing Monopoly, read a book, ake a shower, prepare dinner, shave the cat, hug the beard...

Its nice to have it once a week and I'm pretty understanding of hotfixes and such. But it is kind of starting to become a bit much really. Lets hope it changes soon, I'm sure they dont intend to have 2-3 maintenances each week.

Give them a free pass on the one where they fixed the Marketplace/Retainer hack, that one was very necessary.

Better to have a scheduled maintainence than an unscheduled server crash.

I agree with that . And that is my real point . One a week ok fix what needs to be fixed . 3 a week come on now lets fix it right the first time . I would take a 12 hour one day maintenance over 2 or 3 4 or 6 hour ones .

I can understand people are not happy with maintenance and i have read many of these complaint threads and some of them have had one thing in common.
People at some point will state that they would not mind so much as long as SE told you what they were doing.

Why would you even care? Are going to help them do it? Is it so you can judge them based on what you feel is a good reason to take the servers down?

Technically every time they do maintenance they have told you what they are doing, the hint is in the word maintenance.

I also think SE should fix their updating system, GW2 doesnt require maint when they do patches, why does SE need 2-3 hours to apply simple chest loot fix lol.
