The wolves in Sastasha wear a red scarf. I'm assuming this is the minion form of those.

That first Starlight Celebration was magical. None of us were jaded by the bells yet, the new music and snowfall in towns seemed really cool, and the santa outfits were crafted. Back when the game still cared about its crafters.

I play the Starlight Celebration song at home during irl Christmas because it's so perfect.

Yep, they never changed that. That starlight celebration and the following easter event, where you got the materials needed to make the different helmets. Those were the last crafter-friendly events. After that they were just directly given to you.
