    Yes,but it would make sense for it to switch the clock as well. Why would you want to have the clock in 12h, chat in 24h format. Though, it's SE we're talking about so you can never know. The option doesn't currently work though.

    Haha was going to reply "Because SE" but then i read the rest of your post :P It worries me that this is such a small thing that it will never be fixed but because it is such a small issue it irritates me even more that it hasn't been fixed READ THIS SE, PLZ!
