Is there a reason EVERYONE is a cat?

I'm not sure myself...most people are drawn to anthro-esque races/character.
As for me personally, I switched because

A. They annoy people
B. I tried to show that they CAN look cool instead of the boring slutty icky wacky typical cats you see most of the time

Their males do not look cro-magnun(Highlander Males)
They are dis-proportioned (Elezen)
