Darklight weapon Underpowered for Titan HM?

I have almost full darklight armor for my monk, but have no luck with ifrit and garuda weapon drops. I was lucky enough to get my darklight claws from wp. I noticed that my group's overall dps wasn't where it should be for titan and we wiped when he had 10% of his life left. Then i got kicked.

Do i need to endlessly farm ifrit and garuda for the weapon before trying titan again, or was my team just low on dps?

By 10% of his health, do you mean actual health (phase 5) or titan's heart health?

If it is titan's heart health, then yes, your group needs more dps.

If its actual titan health, then your group needs to work on dodging and your healers need to coordinate better, not lack of dps.

Fwiw titan post heart is doable with just 1 healer , 1 tank, and 1 dps, though it will take forever.

Darklight claws will work, but keep trying to upgrade them. The Garuda or Ifrit claws will make the fight that much more easier.

So they just didn't dodge well enough then? Ok. I just got 2 pieces of hero jewelery, so that should help.

on Phase 5 did your tank dodging bomb, poping CD for MB, or stun the stump (somehow, stun can be use to shorten the time titan do stump)

(The only bomb that Tank might have to eat, is the circle bomb on phase 5, Tank should not be getting hit by 3x3 and X bomb.)

There's no reason a tank should eat any bombs period. Even circle bomb can be dodged successfully even if the bomb starts on the other side of the map by standing directly between two bombs and further on the edge (without jumping off of course). You can estimate this by having Titan's circle's diameter measuring the distance between two bombs, then you stand at the middle.

The whole purpose of the Heart phase is to test DPS. If you passed it, then congrats, your group has the dps to kill titan.

From then on, it's a mechanics/coordination test.

I usually just pop rampart and eat thru circle bomb ;S
