you can't complete the quest and i have been trying for 2 days now

Those aren't steps. When they ask for steps, that means describe exactly what you did step by step that led to the problem. It seems ot me like you must be doing something wrong because you made the exact same complaint about another quest.

"you cant complete the quest" isn't a bug report. It doesn't tell anybody looking at it any useful information that might help identify the problem.

I completed the quest with no problem by following these steps:
1) Accept quest from NPC
2) Go to the designated location for the quest and examine the destination target.
3) defeat the monsters that spawn.
4) return to and talk to the quest giver.
