The point is those Supplies will help you gain Seals and Gil and some Exp to your way up to Lv.50

After that they are useless.... Its for exp nothing more.

except their are achievements that provide rewards for doing them 5000 times each. After hitting the current level cap, they should make it pick randomly from all levels, not just the higher ones, since whats needed to make them are not worth the reward.

It's an unrealistic Achievement in the best of cases.

8 crafts, 3 Gathering and they are daily. Even though they reset I can only turn in once a day. 5000/11 It will take around a year and a half to complete if you do them for each class daily like clock work, levels aside.
