do anyone now if were going get Free company bosses?

A Fight were it take 20 hours or more for a free company to kill the boss. Were the FC need to organized the free company on who is going to be awake and move new players in an out of the fight when people go to bed. Have it as 24-36 person fight. Be a continuous battle for the FC till the boss is dead or all member on the fight die. Get a Reward for all members in the FC at the time the boss died and you are a member. When the fight first start it shuts down the remove member options also and the leader of FC need to start the fight and winning you get a unique FC title for your FC above the player head were everyone in the server can see it, and maybe a few other perks could be some rewards for the FC.

If failure then your going need wait 2 weeks or 3 weeks to try again. but if it lasted for for 18hrs and failed , Resets to one week to try again. and the leader can put a giant L above your FC info on your char for all members head till finished. If he/she chooses.

True but (FC guilds) and Guilds are a different breed if there is a cool goal for the guild or FC . With a proper reward in game items or perk. That separate them from others. There is reason some the bigger guilds have most there members . They never need to pay for subscription games and even get items on free to play mmo's. Some them make a lot from the advertisement from there websites or got donation set up on there site help there guild mates out. It a Win,Win, for square since that money in squares pockets and some those guilds might not leave and enjoy competition with the other guilds.

Well that sounds pretty awesome, and if i remember right wasnt there 48H boss in XI? readed something like that few years ago. Marathon like raid boss would be pretty neat, specially when you need to swap tanks and other party members from the fly when they go to sleep :P

20 hours.. good god XD 2 hours I think I can handle but I don't think I can stay awake for 20 hours let alone stare at my screen for 20 hours straight lol.

can our TP even handle a continuous fight that's longer than an hour without break in between? o_o

No you do not need to stay up for the entire fight , Just you can come into the fight for a hr and go to bed or leave. It would be continuous fight as long as you got members of your FC fighting it. What you do is find handful of the more hardcore people that will stay up for 10 hrs+, Need have enough good tanks so need them play for a hr or 3hr and 1 or 3 people in FC in charged of the invites for replacements and then just get those like fight for a 30 min to hr. heck can sleep , wake back up and still fight it. FC company can hold 512 people. Example: of a reward would be if were in the fight for 80% of the time and the boss died you get 2000 mythology stones.With a free company clear you would need wait 2 weeks to do it again get that 2000. If were in the fight for 1% 30 minutes and your logout or on you would get 30 mythology stones or philosophy stones.
