Lightning even vanity weps

I don't see what the level matters. They're more intended for vanity than actual use. Stat-wise they're comparable to, if not worse than gear we've already had access to in that level range.

I have a friend levelling her alt, and apparently it's working as good as the aetherial drops from the low level dungeons. So its actually better than what its lvl requirement and ilvl suggests - for the lowbies, it may be good news.

They are vanity items for the vanity appearance tab. I think they will put that in after they figure out how to make it work on the ps3. Save the stuff.

Er... I don't recall seeing anything about SE adding vanity slots for equipment. When did that get announced? Source?

It's not a vanity tab but a transformation. You transform (for a fee) the shape of the weapon you are using with the one you like.

They have been talking about it for like a year. It was supposedly going to come out in 2.1 but it was pushed back to a later date. People are speculating 2.2, but who knows.
