I'm aware of this. The logical response to this is "Is it detrimental to the game? Am I harming the playerbase? Are these gains occuring too fast?"
If the answer is no to those questions then keep going. You don't need SE to define this.
Some things happen to be clear violation of terms of service. taking advantage of obvious bugs or glitches is one of them. the right thing to do is to report them in the bug reports forum. they get fixed pretty fast if they are determined to pose a problem. TheTwelve is doing the right thing by asking about them.
Fishing at high rank nodes: No. Not a bug/glitch/bad programming/anything. Nobody cares, go fish. Some things happen to be clear violation of terms of service. taking advantage of obvious bugs or glitches is one of them. the right thing to do is to report them in the bug reports forum. they get fixed pretty fast if they are determined to pose a problem. Abandoning levequests: They should have had the foresight to make all levequests selectable per reset. Why we should HAVE to abandon a good levequest because of the possibility of getting stuck with an exceptionally crappy one next reset is beyond me. Have at it.
Leve-link/drop: The only people getting hurt are the donors, and if they're willing donors then more power to them. They rock. Next.
Nothing here is bannable. Hell, nothing here is *warnable*
Did you see my first post here? And the one bannable/suspendable exploit that was known and reported got fixed quick.Fishing at high rank nodes: No. Not a bug/glitch/bad programming/anything. Nobody cares, go fish.

which one are you talking about
the only one i can think of along the lines of what you asked is the faction NM one, which was a pretty bad one
theres a big difference imo between being able to repeat a leve for SP every cycle, as opposed to not having to pay the faction points every time you want to do the NM to try and get gear.
in one case, your just passing up the reward to redo it again next cycle
in the other case, you are literaly skipping weeks of work getting faction marks to pay for the next attempt(thats why it was an exploit)
