    Yes I knew that, considering I am playing on a ps3. I guess I was not completely clear, I meant between friendly players. I noticed he was switching in the party between players while skipping several names. When I try to select others in the party with a gamepad, I have to manually move over each party member till ir each the one I wanted.

    The target isn't jumping past party members. Just watch the light beside the job icon, he is still going through targets he doesn't want using up and down. It's just being done fast (from watching the first video anyway)
