The hairstyle is also already awarded by the lowest lvl fate. So currently you can get all the weapons, gloves, and hair at lvl 13.

So in absence of any information at all about that, you assume they are not? Whatever makes you happy. Just don't state it as fact.

They've said "These are the rewards: Weapons, Costume/Hair". If you want to hope and wish for hidden rewards, ok....

If you visit the link above, you can mouse over each reward, they are ALL lvl 13.
