Yea... I just totally got slapped in the face by this issue. I went down the list and wrote down the 4 class's I could get items done for, MIN, BSM, ARM, and GSM. And I went on a farming run for all the stuff i needed for a hour or 2. Then once I got all done, and had everything made, I walked up to the GC and BOOM, everything except the GSM item had changed. I'm like uh, I looked at the mission duration and it said I got 14hr left. But 25 mins ago it was 3pm EST like you said. This is extremely critical info, I wonder if its even in the active help. One things for sure, I wont forget it now, sense I just flushed all that time. I just sucks I made all those HQ items, I now got to decide either to try selling them on AH or hold onto them and hope they come back around one day.

If they don't fix the in-game display, be aware that Japan does not use Daylight Savings Time. If you live somewhere that does use DST, all these real-time-based timers shift by an hour whenever you set your clock forward or back.

That is correct. Before we left DST ten days ago, it happened at 4 PM EDT (and still does, really, it's just that our clocks aren't set to EDT any more).

I wonder where the mission timer thing gets its info from. I bet it just pulls it from the server itself, and not like your system clock or anything. They really need to fix this lol. Im just going to do these supply quests during the evening from now on, ugg >_>

I remember reading something about if the quota was met, the timer would reset. Don't know how true it is, but it always seems to hit around late afternoon early evening here on the east coast.

No, that's not true. I can confirm from personal experience that if you do all your supply and provisioning missions, you still don't get any more until the 3 PM EST reset time. The game will tell you no missions are available until then.
