Scholar's Pet Problem in Raiding, Please Help

I'm posting on behalf of our scholar which are experiencing the following during Coil raids:

1) Pet gets stuck randomly and does not respond.

2) In turn 5, when our Scholar gets conflag, the pet would disappear when the conflag is finished.

I'm wondering if other people are experiencing the above, and if there are ways to overcome this.

1) Need more information but I've not encountered this.

2) Need more information; I've been conflag'd plenty of times and fairy doesn't seem to change or disappear in my experience.

I general, I hope at this point (T5 Coil) Scholars are placing their fairy instead of just having it on Heel. If it's a problem only caused by it being on Heel then I wouldn't know.
