DRG is unbalanced and desperately needs a buff.

If you, or other DRG do lower damage, it's cause they dont have good skill rotation; that is all. Equally geared/skilled ppl, always do about same DPS. BLM has higher max damage than BRD, but cast much slower, so it's same DPS anyways. And it's no different with DRG. DRG does higher damage than MNK, but MNK use skills faster, so it's about same DPS.

This is incorrect.

When 2 DRGs that are equally geared, are parsing very similar numbers, that are much lower then equally geared BRDs and BLMs there is a problem with balance.

Sorry to point out the obvious here but
DRG's rotation is not rocket science.
Keep buffs up.
Keep DoT's up.
Use Fracture, Leg Sweep, Power Surge/Jump, FT combo as filler.

This is not a "skill" issue, it is a balance issue. Just look at the job choices for world firsts / Twintania wins over the previous couple of weeks.
