If you're geared then you can do it with one less member, and if you are geared, you wouldn't care about the drops.

After Reset:

Day 1 : Raid (clear)
Day 2 : Finish Myth cap if not already done on Day 1. Think about maybe crafting or banging head against invisible fate wall on my 3rd job.... then inevitably log off until next reset.... I would love to run BC even if I couldn't roll on gear, for the love of jeebus, make BC a 1 roll per week instance.... instead of char lockout...

Did you really expect anything other than that? I mean you play this game partially. If you like the other parts doesn't matter. Go find something to get pleased with for the days you have nothing to do. SE won't offer you enough to be happy all time.

I have resorted to other things, hence the 2 day game title. Lately I have been playing KSP, Rome2, and GTA5, but I would really love to be playing the game that I am still paying for on a monthly basis more than 8 days a month...Fate grinding has gotten extrememly boring (moreso now that the entire server has flooded the end zones and its become an annoyance getting a gold rating even in a fate group) and crafting is essentially useless when you are 50/50 DL/Allagan. I could go on some more, but not turning this in to a rant/walltext.

Unfortunately I do not have Dead Island. For the time being KSP and GTAV have been working for off time, but I just beat the story on GTAV and KSP is just a repetative space launch game, so it's time is ticking too. GT6 drops soon, but I really don't want to spend another %60 on another racing game. Think i'll hold off and save up for a PS4 w/e those are back in stock retail.

Actually, considering it sounds like Housing will initially be an auction based system, a ludicrous imbalance of wealth will affect a lot of players.

It's not a bidding system. There will be a starting price set by SE and every few hours the price will drop until it's bought. I seriously doubt the starting price will be set so that only the super rich can afford it, so you really don't need to worry about other people's gil.

Well if it starts off at 20mil, and 15 ppl bid for it, so HOW SE gonna do?

They set the price, if more ppl bid the price goes up till the bid time is up.

That's not how they described it. First come first serve. It's a set price and either someone buys it at that price or it goes down after a few hours. There is no bidding.
