Hate paying for PvE,Quitting, is my acct safe ?

I find it funny you have paid to play a PVE mmo with pvp as a side note. pvp will be arena at best a dungeon where you will compete against a small section of the community repeatedly. Whereas PVE will evolve and grow w/ tons of new content and areas to enjoy.

I think you're going to be severely disappointed in the PvP in this game. If you can't buy into the PvE and the endgame raiding aspect of it I don't think this is really the game for you.

@op and how many of those "rpgs" you purchased just for the pve part, was updated with new content on a 3-4 month basis? oh wait.. they all got some non meaningfull Downloadable Content packs for 2-3 bucks each but no real story progression after you beat the game.. Yeah.. thats what I am paying for, to make SE create more content for this game, to host there servers etc. not just the pve part.

I am quitting all rdy. playing for 2 weeks and board out of my mind. Its the same thing over and over and over... PvP is not in the game yet.. I am not sure how long this will take.. I refuse to pay a monthly sub for PvE . It just rediculous...

PvP frontline mechanics? Sounds like ESO might be what you're looking for. Spring 2014 release and on PC or PS4.

Almost wish I could just get my money back. Between the no PvP and the waiting 2 hours for a dungeon pop to do a darn story quest. I am extremely disappointed with this game.. They learned nothing the second time around..

You should probably quit MMOs in general for the next couple decades or so. MMOs are created so you can enjoy what it has to offer, not so you can create an MMO to your liking. It is a real bonus when any MMO takes any opinion really into consideration. We pay the subs because we enjoy what this MMO world offers not because we want to mold it to the way we want it. If that was indeed the case, then any MMO, could be the best MMO if was designed to be molded around what you wanted but at the same time because everyone wants something different then no one would be playing together.

In truth, you should have done your research before buying the game. Remember you bought a PVE game hoping for PVP.

Yoshida is a pvper himself and seems to have high hopes for pvp. Why does everyone discount these factors when talking about pvp and pvpers? Granted the op wasnt great but just because we like to kill players instead of scripted monsters doesnt make us lesser players. Just because this is FF doesnt mean pvp will be bad.

Im personally looking forward to PvP and while I do pve content as well, I think both ways are going to be good ways to enjoy this game. Op is wrong in thinking PvP is the only way to play but you guys are also wrong to say pvp will be bad before its even released.
