Hate paying for PvE,Quitting, is my acct safe ?

I am quitting all rdy. playing for 2 weeks and board out of my mind. Its the same thing over and over and over... PvP is not in the game yet.. I am not sure how long this will take.. I refuse to pay a monthly sub for PvE . It just rediculous.. I mean for $40 I can but a single player rpg and PvE all I want without having to pay a monthly fee. If I am paying is for PvP and PvP only.

My question is if I quit will my acct be safe and ok if I decide to come back later when they get there act together ? I am sure I can if it the same setup as other MMO's. Also any ETA on when the Frontlines will be available ? I am not interested in the arena style PvP from the coliseum.

Almost wish I could just get my money back. Between the no PvP and the waiting 2 hours for a dungeon pop to do a darn story quest. I am extremely disappointed with this game.. They learned nothing the second time around..

May as well stay gone when anything more than arena will most likely be 6+ months away and even then it will be subpar compared to pvp in other games. Also before you complain about wait times again, don't roll a dps next time.

Ah so if I want to progress through the game at a normal rate I should play a class I don't like.. Thanks for the advice.. I hope the PvP get released in time for me to try it at least.. I mean game just launched not long ago and its trending downward fast

Only people leaving are the casual gamers which happens in every new release game. Who is forcing you to play a class you don't like? xD Seems rather silly to me when you are capable of playing any class you want. The PvP in beta needed to be fixed so the same mistakes in 11 don't happen in 14 with a whole new look to it. Most people predict for it to be similar to WoW pvp but we will see. Seems you only have one level 30 and haven't really experienced half the content going by your profile. Leveling is a pain but it is in every game. If you are really discontent with the game no one will hold you back I am sure.

Wouldn't it be the other way? The hardcore players that have cleared all the combat related content would be leaving....

Why would the casuals leave? There's a ton of the game left for a lot of them, and if they simply don't like the game I don't see how being a casual or hardcore player is relevant.

He's implying that hardcore players know what we signed up for, and understand that this game will become nothing but better over time. Introducing, and releasing new content as it goes. Yoshi-P hasn't even received free time I bet with all the preparations of the new classes and first expansion let along the order of patches and releases to things that need to be addressed immediately up to long term ones.

Hardcore understand that we are getting stronger, more versatile, and are preparing ourselves for greater places, expansions, and locales like Sky, Sea, Nyzul Isle, and many other places and new cities. We understand we could be at it for 3-7 or more years which is why they are less likely to quit. We wanna experience the game, not just the beginning. We understand when you look over FFXI's expansions you understand real great greatness has a chance to come.

A Casual could leave because he hasn't committed as much, and he just might one day just say bah... This is boring...

Funny, the only people I have seen quit since release were all hardcore's who rushed through everything and ran out of stuff to do a couple of weeks in. Meanwhile, the LS full of casuals I am in are still plugging away.

The only people who say they will be quitting are those crying about content, after rushing to level 50 to get everything before everyone else. This guy seems to be on his first character and is already fate grinding. And casual gamers play classes they like and will enjoy. Hardcore play classes that are most popular and are needed the most.

Welcome to every single mmo then with a dungeon finder, because that is how dps queues have always worked. For each set of tank and healer out there there are literally 5-10x as many dps, so what do you suggest they do to fix it? If you play a dps in an mmo like this you have to know it is going to suck waiting for queue timers.

MMOs are all about making friends. I hate people that play MMOs just to play solo....
