Armoire Items Not Storable

Greetings,

The armoire has been created to store items that only have a single way of obtaining them. Due to this reason, we do not have plans to make it possible to store crafted items or items that come from dungeons.

However, we are looking into making it possible to store seasonal event items such as the ones that could be obtained during All Saint’s Wake and are planning to address this in patch 2.1.

SO it will remain near useless then? That is quite unfortunate.

It's certainly not useless. It has over 50 items of mine that are not in my inventory or my retainer.

Lol, because playing 1.0 and accumulating all of the event items makes people a packrat. You'll be grateful for the armoire a year from now when you're in the same boat.

I don't understand this. If you aren't a packrat, you don't need the armoire. If you are a packrat, you can store a lot of unique items. Having it simply for AF storage is reason enough to label it, at the very least, handy.

That's the whole point of the Armoire, to allow you to be a packrat. It's not supposed to be an additional retainer with extra slots for all the stuff you have no room for.

People shouldn't confuse the two. They serve entirely different purposes.
