Annoying light effects of skills

Battle effects are so exaggerated, bad for a large pvp and raid scale and i can't disable light effects cuz then i can't see what skill are using my mates, i only want to disable the lights not the total battle animation. Then "Show limit battle effect option" doesn't work for me

If anyone knows the solution without losing what happens on battle, p.e i want to see the aoe of arrows falling,if i disable the option arrows didn't see and i only want to disable the lightning effect,not the graphics

Uh, you can turn off the particle effects and all the flashy glowy stuff in the options dude. Take a better look.

I'm not in-game right now to give you the specifics, nor do I remember the route to get to the options you need by heart, but they are there.

He's saying though that is not what he wants. He wants to turn down the effects from 11 to 1, without losing sight of the effects (such as BRD's AoEs). Downgrading to Show Limited means he won't see many of these effects at all.

You can't turn down the effects without actually removing effects, so I'm not sure what you or the OP want. The effects largely responsible for visual mess ARE the AoE effects.

Final fantasy has always had over the top effects. You're playing the wrong game. Jerk mode aside, more sliders for individual effects would be nice.

Rly?,are u playing an mmorpg? Go to the other ff series to play alone, I lf a tactic group game and effects are good but annoying with unnecessary large animation.

Adjust battle effects settings downgrading to Show Limited works for a single effect in many cases but not for AoEs because they complete eliminate all the effect . That's why i ask in OP and flashy glowy and particle effects off affect all game and no only combat skills with a poor solution, I demand a better and more specific option for that, maybe with a combination of options that i'm missing without losing high settings or maybe i'll need to wait next patch or something.
