Please, seriously, allow us to send tells to people in dungeons.

I think the reason we can't send tells is because they don't allow cross server chat. When you use duty finder, you're actually put into a different server. I think that's why we can actually party up with people on other servers. Until they let cross server chat happen, i doubt they'll allow tells or whispers sadly. But i agree, it would be a nice feature.

If this was the case we wouldn't have been able to chat with people in LS or FC with us.

Literally the only reason we can't send tells in dungeons is because it is disabled by choice, not by a technical limitation, and the devs said as much even in beta.

It may be a choice, but that doesn't mean the solution isn't technical or that it is already implemented. It's very probable that more development is required before they can do it.
