Um....almost everyone in my FC who was online just got booted, and then I did too. Seems there is a major problem ongoing, If you are still logged in, I would sugest getting off the game ASAP. until they can fix this.

Ok I figured out the problem. Your retainer has a shopping problem so they steal your gil and run off to the marketboards. The security camera caught them down at macy's spending your hard earned gil on some overpriced nighty outfit. Fire them at once.

Spotted the following retainers putting items up on market for anywhere between 500,000 to 10,000,000 gil on Behemoth world.

All of the items (Animal Hide, Beastkin blood, & Bone chip) had recent 5 million gil transactions, & confirmed with one of the people in the sales history that he lost 5mil to the message "Insufficient Gil."

Now this has me worried. I spent a long time in the gridania market area around the retainer bell right around the time people are reporting this happened. Sorting my inventory and getting rid of some junk. I even had some random person /tell hello to me. I didnt even pay attention to my gil before getting booted for maintenance.

Hey, they can't sell you anything if they don't make you poor first.

They removed a lot of the checks in 1.0 to reduce the server latencies. I guess they removed too much.
