Raiding FC seeking talented veterans and new potential

We conquered all 1.0 had to offer, and have been hungry for more. We are seeking out the challenges of A Realm Reborn, but we need more ready and able adventurers.

What we ask of our recruits as a minimum standard:

• 3 pieces of ilvl 90 gear
• 1 Relic Weapon
• Matching availability and dedicated play schedule

Our Primary Schedule: 8pm~>12am EST - M,W,Sa

Our Current raiding progression status:
Static 1: Turn 5
Static 2: Turn 5
Static 3: Turn 4

Positions are available in both current, and an upcoming 4th static!

Not inherently. But if parsing is within an acceptable range and you have job flexibility it might be okay.

Not that I'm looking, but requiring anyone to have 3 pieces of i90 gear not including relic for even starting coils is ridiculous. The only piece of i90 gear you need to start coils is your relic, full DL is fine. Where do you think they get the i90 gear? Oh right, COILS. I started coils with full DL minus 1 piece. Now I'm on turn 5 with 5 pieces of i90 gear, 7 including my sword/shield.

For a fresh group this is most certainly true. If you want to slot into a group that's doing turn 4 or 5 though, you really do need to have some higher level gear to bring to the table.

I didn't require Allagan gear, we require i90 gear (Mythology purchases are acceptable) It's been about 3 months since the game has launched, which should place players playing since launch (assuming they've been capping myth) around 3000-3600 total Mythology. +1 to a weapon aside, they should have a couple pieces of Myth gear at this point if they're serious about raiding.

If you also read our intro as blowfin pointed out, we're currently working on turn 5. Only having Full DL does not give you the HP needed to practice turn 5. We require our players to have 3.9k hp+ minimum unbuffed hp to participate in training to survive an early mechanic. 4.2 is preferred for a different method / strategy.

You're either serious, focused, and want the content. Or you're not. It's that simple. We are as close to hardcore without being elitist douches as we can be, but we don't have time or patience for 2-3 day a week casual schedule players.
