    Just increase the exp rewards from battle leves.

    a lot of new quests? yes
    reset the old quests with the same story? no
    If they bring repeatable quests, then they should be repeatable from the start, with no story with an end after finishing the quest.
    Like a NPC who say do you. "Hey you, I give you 5k exp everytime you bring me 10 Darksteel Amalj'ok"

    It would only be the side quests that would be repeatable seeing as the story is continuing as it is atm
