FFXI is FFXI. You still can go farm sky, but you choose not to. You can still go to sea, but you choose not to. You can still exp slowly in ToAU, but you choose not to. You can still camp NMs who drop useless items, but you choose not to.

The problem is not the MMOs, it is YOU.
