    Hello,

    This appears to be a technical issue. If this issue is still occurring, we suggest contacting our support center at the following link:
    http://support.na.square-enix.com/ > FINAL FANTASY XIV > Contact > Get Support.
    Support Center is open Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm.
    We will be moving this over to the technical support section for additional suggestions from our Community.
    If you are still experiencing this problem after these suggestions, you are welcome to post another thread in the "In-Game Bugs" section detailing your results and we will be able to provide some additional support.

    I followed your advice and waited two weeks for a response. Here's what they sent me:

    Dear Customer,

    Regarding your request for support. Please find your answer below.

    If you encounter what you feel may be a malfunction in the game, you may send an inquiry through Square Enix Support Center by going to the FINAL FANTASY XIV title page, select 'Contact Us', then select 'Submit Feedback'.

    You may find more information on the matter by visiting the registered community sites.
