    Can't create new or edit old macros, they don't save

    Any macros I create or edit are not saving their changes. I'm logging off properly, but whenever I re-enter the game the changes are reverted and anything new I created is missing. This has been happening for about a week since I noticed it.

    As far as I know, nobody but you is experiencing issues saving macros. Maybe you could get more attention/help by using a step-by-step form explaining in a very detailed way how do you manage the macro system.
    On the other hand this may be a technical issue related to your game folders... Anyways, you've posted five days ago, just wait for an official response, I'm sure it won't take a long time.

    This appears to be a technical issue. If this issue is still occurring, we suggest contacting our support center at the following link:
    http://support.na.square-enix.com/ > FINAL FANTASY XIV > Contact > Get Support.
    Support Center is open Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm.
    We will be moving this over to the technical support section for additional suggestions from our Community.
    If you are still experiencing this problem after these suggestions, you are welcome to post another thread in the "In-Game Bugs" section detailing your results and we will be able to provide some additional support.

    I followed your advice and waited two weeks for a response. Here's what they sent me:
