Is it his own game? or just a clone from another common MMORPG to make Moneyfor a short period of time? Think about it.
This is not a WoW clone, just like every game it's not a clone because they have a hotbar and tiered progression. also, if you say this is a clone, isn't a contraddiction asking to clone instead a different game ? Because you feel FFXI it's better, a cloning is a cloning, period. And you have no guarantee nor the right to say it would sell better.
edit: say "i dont say it has to be XI-HD" don't change the fact it's what you asked.Also, "but it should more unique" following that sentence it's another contraddiction.
I will admit I miss the way some AF enhanced class abilities and as a BLM I definitely miss magic bursts(especially with ancient magic), but I don't really want to see a return of the stats that went behind making spells more effective. It was a real pain in the behind squeezing every last point out of enfeebling that you could just so enemies wouldn't resist sleep/silence/whatever.
Just give me Nyzul Isle and we'll call it a draw.

.) Back to the 1.2x Battlesystem, Building up TP with Auto-Attack, using Combos or Weapon Skills with your TP.
No...... it worked in FFXI, not in FFXIV.....
.) Let us have Gearswitch System like XI

.) Give us more extra stats like: Haste, Store TP, Sometimes Hits Twice, sometimes Deals Double Damage, Additional Effect: Paralyze/Death/Silence/Slow, Enfeebling Magic, Dark Magic, Elemental Magic, Enhancing Magic, Healing Magic etc,........
Stuff like this is nice, and most likly will be added in at some point.
.) Limit Break for every one in the Party and a unique T3 LB for every Job to start a „Skill Chain“
current limit break is fine, allowing for idevidual LBs would be to over powering in this battle system

Could you explain it a bit more? since the Oding and Behemoth gear is "ilevel 50" there is no use for it in the endgame part.

To be honest, if they want to bring in things from XI, it needs to be small and not overly game-changing. Changes to the combat/battle system would be too much at this point. Gear switching should NOT come back. As economically friendly as that is to crafters, it seriously took away from the aesthetics of combat. Every fight and action you took was essentially a contest of who could do the best vanishing act. An LB for everyone would be interesting, but at this point, it'd be too drastic of a change... combat mechanics and all that.
The small things would be open world content, but with some limitations. For example, when it comes to NMs, it would have to be only decent rewards. NMs for lower levels, ones that drop gear around that level. And by gear, I just mean similar to FFXI, in that they drop specific goods, which often pertain to the NM itself (for flavor). Ideally non-trade gear, to avoid RMT manipulation. Just something simple at first. Introduce the concept of camping, but for reasons that pertain to use rather than sale (avoid overcrowding and RMT).
seems he hasn't as this isn't close to being like wow. Though I cannot say for certain as I stopped playing after about mid cataclysm.
