Featherfoot II - The Troll Ability?

While I understand that careful balance considerations must be made when determining the power of an ability, Featherfoot II is about as exciting as getting no ability at all at rank 42.

Featherfoot II contains the same amount of evades as Featherfoot I (one evade), has the exact same cooldown, costs the same amount of stamina, and seemingly gives the same amount chance to evade. Even if the evade chance IS higher, it's pointless because Featherfoot I already gives you the evade before the time expires 98% of the time (unless the enemy is casting).

Please give this ability some purpose besides being a clone of an ability we already had. This could easily be accomplished by taking some time off its cooldown or making it so we can evade twice instead of once.

Wholeheartedly agree. Got Featherfoot II recently and have seen no difference whatsoever to Featherfoot I. Would be great if it had smaller cooldown or allowed two evades, kudos for those suggestions.

You should notice the difference when fighting tougher mobs.
The chance to evade is much higher.
If you solo or duo you probably won't fight mobs tough enough to notice.
In larger parties, and when fighting world nms, the difference becomes night and day.

Yea, and another reason it's divided into Tiers is because other people who have not leveled PUG as high dont have access to the t2 featherfoot, only the t1 and therefore dont value the ability quite as much.

That said.... it's a rather lame feeling when you learn it, not a very stimulating addition to your skills.

Featherfoot 2 has a significantly higher evasion chance. Usually I evade almost everything with it.

I dunno what you have been testing it on but Featherfoot 1 is like 75% chance evade and Featherfoot 2 is like 95 -97% chance to evade

But I do agree about giving us something more unique instead of just the same skill over again

I personaly feel it upped my evades quite abit, if you are fighting leve mobs maybe its not that noticable but against a NM im sure it would be.

With Feather FI i always evaded an attack before the timer ran out. Feather FII i always evaded an attack before the timer ran out. So i don't see any reason their different. FFII should evade 2 attacks for PUG only. You could even have it Evade one physical attack and one Magic attack. That would give some uniqueness to the class. But wait people will start complaining no not another Blink tank. but hay I'm OK with that. So far their isn't an action that can Evade a magic attack and i think this would be a great addition to the job.

That's exactly what I'm trying to say. It doesn't matter which has a higher chance to evade because you both only get one evade, and it's never a problem getting that one evade before the timer runs out. So what if it takes the enemy 1 swing instead of 2? The outcome of both abilities is still the same.
