Swearing in Shout or say (more than once), getting caught with Windower (more than once) MPK By Accident or on purpose (more than once) - BAN/BAN/BAN

RMT out of control for years.

RNG nerf, NIN shadow nerf, NIN sub dual wield nerf, PC's being kicked from a party when entering a MH, and Haste Nerf. Thats just a small list of things I can think of. I'm not trying to be a douchebag, but I think these all qualify as the mistakes made by SE they were talking about.
