    I just said they are free to do so, but that is not how content is designed. People can play however they want to play.

    To be clear, I specified about progression into hard content. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

    But it is, see Duty Finder.

    The only content that is meant to be done with friends and FC is Coil, so far.
