So, ppl joining shouts, are they doing it wrong? Beside wtf with the rotation talk, if some ppl don't feel like joining a FC or asking help around, they should be free to do.

I just said they are free to do so, but that is not how content is designed. People can play however they want to play.

To be clear, I specified about progression into hard content. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
