Hellos~
Got this idea for several weeks and it took me some time to find the perfect materials. Just found the glass (THE GLASS!) on Monday after searching through several shops. First I thought it would be too huge but now I appreciate its size xD
This is my first 'craft' since like.. ever and I hope it will turn out well @.@

Oh and Keith, IDK when we gonna be on exactly but probably sometime later. Hestern Nestern lala friend has some things to do.

Also, I'll be keeping an eye out for you and the others Aldorra. If anyone sees me and got's a talkative shell toss me a pearl. Like seriously, I leave for three weeks and suddenly my own LS's stop talking.

This is just the first layer by the way ^^
Going to put a red one over the orange-yellow one with a face cut out... Hopefully it won't be too dark because of the two layers.
Oh and the structure is intentional.

If it won't rain that day I might put it outside ^^ But since it is wrapped around glass and I want to put a candle inside it might be hard to carry around and/or put it outside while bad weather.

I got my Relic (Stardust) on Wednesday and +1 on Thursday. We're so happy now >w<

P.S.: The stuff on top (I really don't know how to call it. My vocabulary is.. small today) could be bigger and all, but I don't want it to catch fire when I light the candle...

Stared at the real Splody... Now what mouth to use?
I am actually using the huge Moonfire Faire lanterns as a model and would take the shape of their mouths (my FC leader has a graphic tablet and would make me a pattern so I can play around with the size and actually use a good-looking one instead of one I badly created xD) but they are more round-shaped than the actual Splody. I dunno which one to use now @_@

Oh and not sure if I will add the arms. Maybe I'll try it and see if it sticks well and how it looks.
