Find a better healer, how do you even manage to pull hate on titan as a healer, either they are terrible, or you need to become a better tank. If it's one isolated incident, it's probably the healer. If it is every healer you find, it's probably you.

Its isolated, I switched out with a different tank to make sure it wasn't me, and sure enough the healer pulled hate off that tank during geocrush.




It's surprisingly easy to do particularly as you get geared, I'm ~ilvl 79 or so average and with a typical pug tank I'm stretching agro as close as I can before I hit my first shroud just to ensure I'm safe to go nuts later on. Whilst yes, when I do pull hate I'm usually expecting it and have shroud ready, but it still happens![]()
Yeah, it's incredibly easy to do. I have tanked and healed the fight many times and whether it's my own WHM or my WHM healer, we are always up there on enmity, particularly for the first few phases. A WHM needs to be aware of their threat and ready to pop shroud, yes, but the biggest thing is... don't bother with Medica 2 until AFTER the heart phase! There's nothing that a paladin can do on single targets imo. You just mash the halone combo over and over, sneak in spirits within, scorn and maybe fracture. There's mitigation but I feel that it has more to do with other people taking damage from titan's attacks pre-heart phase (where tank usually lose aggro). The whm would feel he has to heal that damage the party has taken and would most likely just hit medica if he sees there's more than one person taking damage. There's no way a tank can prevent that if the party keeps taking damage and the whm keeps aoe healing them.
Which leads to another point: if the party isnt over geared with relics, nobody must die before and during heart phase. 1 healer dies and the fight becomes harder. 1 dps dies before or during heart phase, there might not be enough dps in a DF party (I find building LB to be a waste of time because that's just an ominous sign on the dps department). Of course, this doesnt mean that it's okay for someone to die in post heart, but it's slightly less dangerous because the dps check is a long term one, instead of an immediate short term check.

I pulled hate the other day even after i dropped shroud because everyone is standing in plumes and getting hit by bombs.
