If you want to claim you're the top guild that means you're clearing content the fastest, that's pretty much it.

Er.. not necessarily. What is #1 to one person, might be #5, #10 to another, based on whatever quality they are looking for. For someone, perhaps "top FC" means:

A) most visible and popular on the server
B) the most friendliest/helpful on the server,
C) the FC with the most members or the most active members
D) the FC clearing content the fastest
E) the FC with the highest percentage of members who have cleared all content possible
and so on, and so on.

And that of course depends on other factors. What if an FC cleared the content the fastest, say Turn 5, but it was only a core group of 8 out of 150 and the rest were way behind? Would they be better than an FC where the majority had completed turn 4 (say 88/100 members) but still hadn't beaten Turn 5? And so on.

4) This is pretty much how you tell the top guild from the others.
