WAR rotation for Titan HM phase 5

Should pop Conv. after Flip 4 if you're going to blow all your stacks, then have your vengeance saved so you can HS -> Vengeance -> SS -> BB and quickly get back 5 stacks. Same case for any time when Infuriate isn't up and you're taking too much damage. Don't feel like Elix/Potion is needed but I guess if you want to make your healers life slightly easier then yeah go for it. Unfortunately there's a lot of situations where you won't be topped up completely before Table Flip and that'll cause a lot of... problems with Inner Beast usage, or at least holding onto your Wrath stacks. Other than that, this is basically what you do for phase 5. Worked for me, minus the potion, when only one of my healers was alive for phase 5 lol

That's my problem with this fight... my healer don't consistently topped me before Table so if hard to figure out if I should heal before or after the hit...
X-Potion is kinda optional but it's just there to cover a gap in the rotation were you only have IB available.
