You're take things far too literally. I'm well aware this isn't a Job. Switch work place for anything you like; the point stands. Take a sports team; the same basic principles apply.

I seem to have offended you with the "Mummy" comment - I apologise, genuinely. It was not my intent cause real offense.

As an aside; so far you've accused me of being many things, all of them wrong. There's no need to be hostile; that's how things like the original situation start.

We're not going to get any further with this discussion, it seems we both agree it's a shared responsibility and leave it at that.
