You know that you make the DF pool smaller and smaller with it?
DF only put players on the same datacenter together, not from different datacenters.

More datacenters = less players in total each datacenter = smaller DF pool = longer DF queue

And there is the thing called timezone.
NA/EU datacenter at europe midnight = no problem to find a DF party thanks to the NA players
EU datacenter at europe midnight = have fun to wait a looong time until a DF party start

To make a EU data center right now would be a mistake i suppose, but they must find a way to solve every lag problem cause srsly sometimes for us in EU is unplayabe...
