I think what we need is to get to know each other, and undersrabd what REAL forum trolling is. I know several people who do not know what REAL forum trolling is, and only use the stupid "white knight vs troll" artical that someone wrote. In my opinion that artical should not have been written. It only devided several community forums even more so.

Some suggestions of improvement again these are friendly suggestion not forcing

1 Let people make suggestions no matter if WoW has them.

2 If you dislike por disagree do it politily and not go as far as to say " useless thread" or "retarded thread".

3 Do not insult a poster for politly disagreeing or disliking your idea.
4 If you can not be positive do not post in a thread. Just read it.
5 Do not push people who show signs of being upset.
6 If your joking or being sarcastic put in indications, this is text not voice. You can not write sarcasticly nor in a joking manner.
Lastly try to not to be an english teacher. People make errors or have issues in typing.

But you don't have to tear them down either. Constructive criticism is key. We shouldn't go around behaving like upset children. We're all young adults here and we can behave like idealised adults.

Well for many who have been playing since launch it seems like the dev team are working far too slowly, I personally get the feeling they are holding back on a lot of content for either an expansion or for PS3 launch.

That being said after 8 months of waiting its fair that a lot of people are getting a little agitated, I really don't think the dev team are quit as thin skinned as some of you seem to think and if they are well they best grow a new skin.

Constructive criticism is both the negative and positive things they can do to make this game better. What you are looking for is everyone to be a cheerleader to SE and lap up everything they do even if they don't like it.

Well sure you can look at it as just being 8 months and upset yourself. But you should consider all the variables. The new development team started only 5-6 months ago, Japans disasters, power problems as a result of disasters, Yoshi got sick, Golden Week, and having to re-plan, re-design, and making new art and new code for the new content. I think it's a lot to consider, and I doubt the team has been sitting around doing nothing.

The last thing they need is to have the same sort of pressure that forced them to rush out the game in the first place. Especially for some theoretical death date.

Now how did you get that impression? I have my issues with the team too (they could stand to be a little more communicative, but I've been impressed with the amount of info we received last week), I'm just aware of the problems they face and I try to be understanding of their situation. If you don't like what they do, express it in a mature way, not by crying to everyone about how it's the worst thing to happen to the game sense launch and expecting them to cry along with you.

I've actually known the FFXI gaming community to not be such whiney little freaks. But hey, this is a new game and Tanaka got a bit of what he wanted, modern game, modern kids. etc.

There are hundreds of videogame developers who would kill at the chance to develop for a game with this name and production value. FFXIV deserves better than this.

Until the developers stop screwing around and knock one out of the park, they only get remediation of the september lesson: WTF is this, we've had enough of this nonsense from you all.

I'm happy SE put Yoshi to handle FFXIV but not others.
