Tips on how to beat Titan HM with DF

Absolute minimum gear-wise is AK gear with DL accessories and Ifrit HM weapon (ilvl 60). Anything below that is unacceptable. These things are so easy to get and people like the above saying what they say is exactly why undergeared folks waltz right in and the party fails every time. Also what I don't see mentioned enough is that on the Heart phase, the healers have to cleanse the debuff or else you will not have enough DPS.

I did it with 2 DL pieces, 4 AK and the rest plain.
Only dps need such gear, healers and tanks can do Titan in full ilv50-60 gear.

I gave up after 154 tries in DF. Cost me 150k.
When I past 100 tries, I thought if I average 1k per attempt. If I go past 150 attempts...it would validate my spending at least in my mind.

Tried at various times during the day figuring I'd get different people. No luck.

Just bought my run. They ran it with 3 tanks (I was the 3rd), 2 heals and 3 dps. I lasted the whole fight, didn't get hit by anything. Bombs, Landslide, anything...the problem is getting 7 others in DF who can do the same. Fight is not really challenging other than standing where you shouldn't be. Which sadly even with big graphical notices...people still can't do.

I just gave up trying.

Uhm, of course you would have killed it with 10 people.....

yep im almost considering farming for some gil then buying titan carry . I know I can do titan because ive tanked him to 5% before . It's just the scrubs with less than 3k hp who join DF groups and the unskilled players with good gear that's killing it for me .

Actually its making me turn nasty , I think ive done about 150 runs now and most cant even kill heart because they are undergeared or die in first wave of plumes .
