I think the blacksmith in Anor Londo put it best when he said "...I hath shiny, shiny..." As for me I'm getting the relic+1 baruva and hope I score the heavy allagan chest in turn 1. Assuming xivdb is correct and both the af+1 and allagan chest have the same stats.

2/ Ring (because unique)
3/ The rest?

As a healer I have to upgrade from a cowl which mean I have no interest getting the body part if I cannot afford for the head part as well...
That's a LONG wait to start looking like a Scholar again

This is basically what you should do for the long haul, Turns 1-4 can be cleared in full DL + Relic without much trouble and all your pieces aside from weapon drop in those turns.

I did not go relic+1 because with darklight I was not soft cap on Acc of 472, so a nice shiny relic is worthless imo if you can not hit. Even though a chest drops in turn 1 I went af1 chest. I suggest check your acc and see what item will push you to that number.
