    I think this is a pretty legitimate use of "cry wolf". People work on it and can't get through it, so they get frustrated and say that the mechanic is bugged when in reality they're most likely missing something. Considering that BG beat it.

    It is, in fact, perfectly logical.

    "Impossible" is an absolute statement. If just one instance exists of it being done, it cannot be considered impossible.
