Yeah I suppose war is more position-intensive than pld (though that cone from OP is pretty huge), but overpower is your bread and butter for the most part, especially later on and you have to worry about 'overgeared' dps. Flash is best used for initial pulls (after you've tomahawked a mob, its good to use to 'tag' the rest of a pack) or used when you have someone sleeping targets, as it doesn't wake them.

That cone isn't that huge. It's only got a range of 8y and if you are trying to chase after someone who is running away from you..... yeah....

edit** Take my previous experience in mind where the cnj keeps pulling with an instant and has 3 dungeon mobs after him. Tomohawk works on 1 / 3. How to get the other 2... is... not so fun.
