For one thing - Most RMT operations is actually based in the US, secondly not every RMT is actually chinese, Korea also has a high RMT population, lastly no one is treated like 'second class citizens' or you wouldn't even have this game. It's not that the Japanese don't buy gil, it's more like that culture isn't 100% in the "must have everything NOW NOW NOW" mentality.

Wait so the JP server has NO RMT's?
How come they just can't ban all the people with GOLDCEO on their name.
They made it easier on themselves to get banned now, and not hacking people accounts.

They have RMTs, it's just not as big of a problem - It seems they mostly target NA/EU players in the MMOs.
