No it doesn't. Everyone knows each turn is a separate instance (hence separate time limits, separate area names etc.) and you can't leave an instance without losing loot if it's not been lotted. In every single instance in this game you will lose your loot if you exit the area before it has dropped. There is a text notification when someone has received the loot. Just don't leave an instance (and don't afk!!!) before you've seen the loot going to the correct people and there won't be any problems.

How does having a warning telling you "You will lose loot if you exit" affect you, or anyone else in the entire universe negative in any way?

It doesn't, people make mistakes, there's ZERO reason why this can't be added.

I'm sorry so many people are being so offensive to you OP, you don't deserve it. People just like to be mean for no reason I guess. Having this feature would not impact anyone negatively in any way, and only help there be less mistakes like what happened to you.
