It seems RMT accounts only get deleted with enough tickets so everyone needs to go the extra step and complain, not just BL. And SE needs to go the extra step and make it easier for us to do so.
Get some GMs to wander around and start slamming the ban hammer imo. Far as I can tell, there is no actual GMs on the servers at all; it's all done by an automated ticket system? Bad move. Hire some peeps and start dealing with it by hand imo.
Or just call me, I will do it for free.![]()
Delete players in you blist. They will get banned sooner or later. I usually wait a week or so then delete them. If I didn't do that then I would be in your situation.
I still get whispers, but that's because they keep making new names that aren't on peoples blist. Spammers suck, but I have seen massive improvements lately.

The line in red make me laugh and facepalm at the same time.Gil sellers are running amuck on Coeurl and other servers, my blacklist is @ 140/200, when my blacklist reaches 200/200 (active gil sellers) I will cancel my subscription !!!! Increase the cap on the blacklist, make it easier to blacklist and report (simple as click on name and select BL & report), put in the configuration to disable /tells. Do something, do anything, just don't ignore this issue.
you can blacklist the RMT by use /blackli....oh wait, why should I bother ? please cancel your subcripts
you dont delete a hack acc, you suspende it and return it to the player

wow......i mean, people like OP actually exist? that's just......embarrassment.
Honestly, I don't even bother bl gill-sellers anymore. Waste of time.

They are not active Gil Sellers. Unless you added them ALL to your blacklist within the last 7 days, odds are they are frozen accounts. They DO NOT show up as (deleted) when banned. (deleted) is only for characters that were actually deleted. This is not the case for banned accounts.
Try an experiment. Go back and delete the earlier names you put on your blist. Get yourself down to like the last 25 or 30 you added. You will find that you do not see any of those old ones spamming shouts or tells anymore.
In fact, I did it with my blist which had hit 170/200. I just deleted ALL of them. Yes, EVERY SINGLE ONE. Do you know how many, out of 170, showed back up? ONE. Only one. And he was one I had added just the previous day. So every so often just clear out your oldest blisted RMT. They won't be there anymore.
The only constructive idea I can offer SE on this matter is, perhaps have banned accounts characters show up on people's blist as (banned) just like how (deleted) characters do. ^^

You should try just going back and clearing them out anyway, always keep them cleared out to about the most recent 50 you've added. They've almost always been banned or returned to their rightful owner by then. If you do it this way, you can keep your blist at about 50 and never have any repeat offenders spamming you. ^^ They do need to make characters show up as (banned) though, that would help people realize they'd been taken care of.Still though, would be great if we didn't have a cap on black list. SE IMO has done a great job recently of taking care of botters and spammers, but the ones I have had on my blist for a while have not been deleted so I still need that space for my blacklist. Please either delete the characters as they are banned or give us more room in the black list.
