By racial traits it looks like everyone is thinking I mean balancing attributes to favor one race over another. Sure a few attribute changing traits, but mostly just secondary effects like a small MP recovery when getting hit, or a small HP or MP recovery when hitting an enemy, or a small TP bonus when you are healed, etc. Nothing like "You gain so much accuracy, making your race have better accuracy than the rest." More like "This race gets an accuracy bonus that consumes MP." or "This race gets an accuracy bonus while HP>a certain %", various different ways to get the same bonus from race to race.
