Sell Fantasia on the Mogstation

As told by a kindly GM,

"If you have used your Phial of Fantasia, either correctly or incorrectly, and are not eligible for an additional one through subscription rewards, it is possible to use the item restoration policy to return the item...

GMs told me there was a "10 day limit" so I was wasn't able to do this, which is a real shame. This matters to me more than any loss of an in-game item in the future, each time I was told the same thing "If it wasn't reported 10 days after use, it'll be ignored".

Mine was used in late September/August.
