    Is that really possible? I joined a group in progress for the first time this morning as a lancer and when a DPS item dropped it only let me roll greed. Thought that was a measure in place to avoid such problems.

    DEX+ is BRD/ARC, cloth STR+ is MNK/PGL. It was probably one of those, even if it says 'DoW'.
